[ANN] Support for downloading .pkg files from UNNA.org directly to NewtonOS

I don't know why this wasn't supported from the beginning, but UNNA.org's archives now support downloading .pkg files directly to NewtonOS, if you have the required packages installed & configured to do so (For example, I used Eckhart Köppen's nHTTP & IC/VC, which together add a Recieve > Get URL option in InOut).
