I am sending you response I just received from Double Tree At Hilton, Newark Airport. I am expecting a second response also from Robert Treat Hotel in Newark. I figured it will be beneficial to give you all a heads up before the next meeting. Meanwhile I paid $300 deposit to the church we have been considering. Tomorrow, my help will find out what the full amounts are for daytime meeting and for galanite.

Hi Ms. Johnson:

I spoke to you Tuesday Nov. 2, 2021 during which I informed you I represent The University of Nigeria Alumni Association, USA. In response to your request for details of what we are seeking for, here are the following:

Cost estimates for:

1. Meeting room for Friday night September 23, 2022 for 30 - 50 people, use in our Meet and Greet program. We do have the availability. The price for the space would be $1000. We will like to arrange our snacks during this late night program. Unfortunately, outside food is not permitted.

2. Meeting room for Saturday September 24, 2022, 7am to 5pm for 100 - 120 attendees, including lunch. We do have 1 section of our Ballroom available.  The space will be complimentary with a $3500 food and beverage minimum purchase.

3. Complimentary Hospitality room- This would depend on the number of overnight accommodations that you would need.  We do not offer Complimentary Hospitality rooms without a substantial amount of contracted overnight accommodations.

4. Banquet Rooms (Hall) for Saturday night September 24, 2022, 100 - 120 attendees.  We would offer you the same space that you used for the Meeting/ Lunch. Without Dinner the space would be $2000.  Should you have dinner the space would be complimentary with a $4500 Food and Beverage minimum purchase.

5 Catering/Banquet Services (No Dinner Saturday night)

6 All associated terms for completing the reservation process. If this is agreeable, I will put together an agreement and present to you for signature.  Additionally, there would be a 25% deposit required at time of the contract execution., another  25% due 90 days out, and the final count and balance will be due 7 days prior to the event.
