Dr. Eze Anyanwu Ogueri II

M.A, MP.A, Ph.D. [Harvard] M.A.L.D, B.A, LLD. ETC

Husband, father, grandfather, author, great civic leader, political scientist, diplomat, writer, publisher, ordained Christian minister, educator, and Icon.

Dr. Eze Ogueri has distinguished himself in the field of education, and held many leadership, professional and corporate positions. Despite this number of accomplishments, he never forgot his people. Among the many things he did for his community was building John F. Kennedy International Secondary School, where he ignited bright minds and founded Obibi- Ezena Community Health Center. He also worked with the government to establish said health infrastructure, and an agro-service center.

He cherished his people and valued them so much. Apart from being a Harvard Alumni, a past Professor at University of Nsukka (UNN), and Various USA Universities Professor, the love for his people explains why among the numerous awards he received, the ones dearest to his heart include:

A.      Life time achievement award by World Owerri Peoples Congress in Philadelphia in 2006

B.      Award from the people of Obibi-Ezena in Texas, USA in 2012 as a distinguished and honored son for community service, educational development, and leadership

C.      Doctor of Laws (L.D) from Adelphi University.

 

The above is a brief description of our Owerri valued son.
