UNN 2022 Convention, Accomodation, Banquet Hall Cost Estimates

Dear Comrades:

I have attached the hotel accommodation pricing estimates, which includes lodging for 30. I am also assuming guests will be responsible for their accomodation costs.

We would need to pay for the church hall as soon as possible to secure the date and arrangement. Please note that I made the $300 deposit out of pocket, and would need reimbursement for it.

Kindly let my team and I know how to proceed from here.

Addendum:

Room for meet and greet pricing is included separately because there cannot be more than ten in the complimentary suite. Noise from the suite, if many occupants can and does attract sanctions and ejection.
