PaRappa Rappa (パラッパラッパー), alias PaRappa the Rapper and more commonly referred to as PaRappa or Parappa, is a paper-thin rapping dog and the titular protagonist of the franchise. His adventures usually lead to difficult situations which he counters with his catchphrase, "I gotta believe!" and pulls through.

@rizaadxn: Nothing he did is even in the same tier as what Muscular. Muscular was pushing Midoriya through solid rock and broke a large chunk of rock. What are rappa's non scaling feats? Nothing. And when we use scaling Muscular stomps again as he took 100% smash and overpowered 100% Deku.

In PaRappa's story, he is walking down the street and sees his friends, who tell him they're reading a new comic starring Joe Chin, who is portrayed as a hero. He notices his friends adoring Joe, so he decides to become a hero as well. His moves include the training from Chop Chop Master Onion, as well as the aid of his boombox and skateboard. His in-game "rival" is Spike from the Ape Escape series. Parappa returns to see his friends, telling him that Joe Chin disappeared, saying he wasn't invited to a contest that he was hopeful to appear at. Because of this, Parappa wanted to become stronger to impress his crush, Sunny Funny. He did this several more times until he had his own live concert dedicated to her. He then got a lifetime supply of noodles, and ate them to the point to where he got tired of them and Sunny called him a baby for not liking noodles, so he goes to Chunky Burger to get even more stronger emotionally, until he defeats Colonel Noodle in a rap battle and has another live concert.
