obsCovs not working

Hi all, 

I am having trouble getting my occupancy model to read my observation covariates. I have played around with r in multiple ways with no success. 

A few error messages: 

Error: unexpected symbol in "obs = list(Median_Income = Median_Income) where"

Error: object 'Median_Income' not found

Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...) :
  At least one element of obsCovs has incorrect number of dimensions.

Error in FUN(X[[i]], ...) :
  At least one element of obsCovs is not a matrix or data frame.

Error: unexpected '=' in "obs = list(data = CoyoteOM2[,c(2)], CoyoteOM2$Median_Income ="

Any insight welcome. TIA!
