Dunn-smyth or CUSUM residual plots

Hi all,

Is there a function or R package to produce diagnostic residual plots for single season occupancy models in the unmarked format without needing to use RPresence?   Either Dunn-smyth from Warton et al 2017 https://doi.org/10.1111/2041-210X.12761, or CUSUM.

Hi, 

The attached script is a very old attempt at modifying the functions provided by Warton et al. 2017 for unmarked (comments/etc copied out of the original). User beware--I haven't looked at this closely in years (other than running it right now to make sure it actually executes).
