I have a question and please forgive me if it was the subject of another topic. I'm doing dynamic occupancy models and want to know how best way to do model averaging in case two models have dAICc < 2?

Best regards,

Tomaz

Hi Tomaz,

There are a few ways to go about it. You could use the AICcmodavg
package to model-average predictions using the entire model (i.e.,
modavgPred( ) or compare predictions between two groups of interest
(modavgEffect( )). See the help files for these two functions for
examples. A different approach could consist in interpreting both
models, given they have very similar support.

Best,

Marc
