Interpretation of significant variables with large confidence intervals

Hello, 

I have a significant variable in my occupancy model, but when it is plotted, its confidence interval (CI) is very large (see model output and figure below). How can I interpret this variable along with its large CI ?

scale(slope) -1.367 0.622 -2.196 0.02811
