Occupancy and detectability per Unit

Hello everybody, I would greatly appreciate the help.

As far as I’ve read in articles, the unmarked package provides a single value for detectability and occupancy, averaged from multiple values.

I’m currently creating occupancy models for a single-species (single-season), using 12 sampling points. I’m interested in the psi and p values for each of them. How can I calculate those?
