How's it going RN's??

When does (or DID) everyone get off of orientation and start taking
patients on their own? I know Mr. Beecher has been at it alone for
some time now (good for you, Ryan!)...and I have another 1.5 months of
my program. What about you??

Part of me is totally ready to get out there by myself and the other
part can't fathom taking full assignments on my own. It's gonna be
interesting!

I got off a week and a half ago. Still scares me at times but I am
surviving. Our acuity is so high right now sometimes I have to be
assigned pretty sick babies. I still cannot believe I am a nurse!
