Please check the contact sheet to see if your information is correct and fill in any missing information such as grad year. Please also update your email address to your gmail account, ensuring that file sharing will work seamlessly with the group.

In order to have a better communicated process, please make sure you do the following:
- use this resource to contact each other and/or team leaders whenever you have a immediate question regarding the design
- you are obligated to return phone calls or texts or emails from your fellow team members, please be prompt.
- for non-urgent items and updates, please still utilize the group postings to reduce emails
- if there are any leads to possible donors, please cc Arialle in your post, so she can enter them into her database and keep track for us.

A couple more updates:

Design team: based on what you think your involvement will be in next semester's construction phase, please fill out the new column in the CORE Members sheet. If you will be in construction, you need to sign up for OSHA10 certification. If you're not going to swing a hammer, then please enter N/A in the column. We need to get a head count to schedule the training in early January, before school begins.

New sheet "NREL Team officers": this is official contact for the competition organizers. Jinger/Iani/Sanjib/Pramen/Rick/Eric/Alexia need to discuss who to fill the remaining positions.

When updating our contact information, specifically our email contact, will Rebelmail account suffice for the gmail requirement?

As long as you can get into google group/drive then it's fine.
