Follow up 9.7.12 Communications meeting

All,

Let's get into the habit of following up using the google group! Please see any red comments in the referenced minutes and give us your thoughts.

Donna, Anne and others, please let me know if the shared document work and you can received the Abridged email from the group. If group and drive are working for you, I will stop to cc you in email and only post in group.

Here are the follow up meetings we need, please add to the list if I miss any:
please add people to the meeting list if you think they should attend

- Graphics meeting w/ Paulina, Chris, Donna, Theresa, Alexia
- All team meeting prep w/ Reagan, Jinger, Michael, Alexia, Chris/Paulina about photos - I'd like to know what the lighting condition is there! Chris could you find out?
- Website meeting w/ Donna, Web-communications, Shawn, and new potential web developers? Jinger and Alexia??
- Outreach team training w/ Heather, Michael, Stan
- Meeting with Arialle - can have Heather help with the presentation training as well. Donna, Anne, Jinger, Alexia.

I believe the red ones are the top priority meetings that should be scheduled next week. My openings are as follows:
- 9/10 Monday 10-12
- 9/12 Wednesday 3-5 (NOT preferable but I guess I have to miss part of studio....)
- 9/14 Friday 9-10 (before our monthly admin meeting)
- 9/17 Monday 10-12
- 9/21 Friday morning

Hey Alexia,

I can't do Monday and Wednesday since I have classes all day. I think best is Friday! I will contact Lisa and Gabe (the other two designers) if they are available that time. If not, I can keep them updated since I have classes with them.

For photography wise, we can set it up in a studio room of any kind and rent some lighting material or make our own actually. Gabe knows more about this and will get more info about it. I don't know what know everyone wants for backdrop. We can keep plain and simple with white and we can also play with outside lighting when fall comes closer. I don't not recommend sunrise in the back since it is impossible to view the faces at the same time with the bright background, it just doesn't work. Unless we photoshop it which in particularly take time and somewhat unrealistic in my opinion.

It would be Friday morning at 9am then, and we only have 1 hour to go over everything before the admin meeting. Please confirm so we can put it on the schedule.

Donna, would SEB 2251 be available from 9am?
