Formal Fourth/Elections 02/27/13

Good Evening Everyone, 

Tomorrow is our Formal Fourth/Election meeting tomorrow! The meeting this time will take place in the Warner building in front of the Rec Center at 6:30PM. For the location please refer to the picture below. 

What is Formal Fourth you ask? It's when we dress in Semi-Formal clothing and really present ourselves as a club.

For this meeting we need to meet quorum which is 50% of our club membership plus 1. In total we need 27 members present from our club to make this election valid. For all those in attendance we will have Pizza and Drinks for everyone as well as cookies! 

As for the positions everyone is still able to run off the floor for any of them.Keep in mind the Speech time and the Q&A time will be the same as last week. For President 3 min speech and 5 min Q&A and for the rest 2 min and 4 min Q&A speech.  Also at this meeting anyone seeking endorsement for any District or International position such as LTG, District Governor or International President can do so.
