I have a question, where does the challenge starts, how to register there and what are the deadlines?

As mentioned here https://unlearning-challenge.github.io/, the challenge will be conducted through Kaggle. The challenge hasn't started yet, they will post any updates on this page itself.

As an update, our competition is now open on Kaggle and will accept submissions until November 27. See our most recent message for more info.
