Hi everyone,

I'm implementing this system for a department at Concordia here in
Montreal. It's for a department that has a number of sub-departments
who will create their own events, with the possibility of recommending
content for the main calendar. I'd like each sub-department to have
their own calendar in their home page sidebar and the main department
to have an aggregate calendar in its sidebar.

I was wondering if there was any in-built ability in this event
calendar to spit out embeddable code or some other means of generating
a sidebar-sized version of a calendar. You could embed it with
file_get_conents(), for example, and it would call something like /
calendar.php?calendar=chaplaincy&width=220 and out comes a well-formed
HTML snippet with a calendar inside.

If this doesn't exist, I'd be happy to take a crack at writing it up.

Take care

jason

There's:
http://events.unl.edu/?monthwidget

as well as the hcalendar snippet output format for every view. So,

http://events.unl.edu/?format=hcalendar
http://events.unl.edu/upcoming/?format=hcalendar
