The combat archery sport game play is a combination of 3 other main sports including, dodgeball, paintball, and archery. Participants form teams of 5 and shoot at opponents with large foam tip arrows using a bow.[4] To avoid injury, participants wear protective face masks[5] and use bows with less than 30lb draw weight.

This fast paced, 2.5hr, 3 activity session of Archery, Axe Throwing and Static Archery Battlefield is ideal for larger stag and hen groups in the New Forest. A minimum group size of 10 or more is required to book as your group will have exclusive use of the woodland ranges. Battle Archery is a game that has grown ten fold in popularity in recent years, also known as Xtreme Archery or combat archery. A game where participants split in to two teams of 5 and battle against each other in an epic game of dodgeball like tag archery. On the day of your booking our fully trained co ordinator will welcome you at your selected venue 15 minutes before your booking time. We at Xtreme events have a city centre network of venues which means that your booking will be within a 3 mile radius of the city centre. They will use this time to give you a full safety briefing and what to expect from your battle archery session. Once you have been fully briefed you will be shown how to handle the equipment.
Battlezone Archery is also sometimes known as Xtreme Archery or combat archery. A high intensity Activity where you use your Archery skills to tag your competitors in a game mixed between paintball, dodgeball and archery. In this game, you wear protective clothing and headwear and fire special arrows at each other in an epic game of tag. Two teams are separated on arrival and the rules are relayed by our trained co ordinator, you will be shown how to fire the bows and the game explained in detail. The last 3 years Battlezone Archery has become one of the most popular activities in our portfolio as groups have a desire to punish the stag in particular. Perfect for birthday parties, stag, hen and corporate team building activities.
All of the equipment that is provided by Xtreme events for a game of battlezone archery is patented and made specifically for this game. Our non lethal arrows are made very differently to other brands on the market which we believe make for a better game of tag archery. In an event your group will receive the use of non lethal arrows, Bows, Bunkers, arm guards and helmets and cones to out line the playing pitch.
We would advise that 12 would be the minimum age to play battle archery due to getting the hang of the bows and arrows. Although full training will be given by our fully accredited co ordinator, there is a knack to firing the arrow!
Battlezone archery is perfectly safe. We host in the region of 1000 events each year with a very low injury rate. As long as you adhere to our rules and wear our safety equipment provided then Xtreme Archery is perfectly safe to take part in.
Battlezone archery is one of the favourites to add into a megamix event. Often combined with bubble football as a perfect duo for a testosterone led event, perfect for a stag party looking for couple of hours of adrenaline filled fun!
I know I can win the battle so that's not the issue. But rather I want to gain all the possible forces to aid me just to experience that in the story play of the game. From the link above I discovered that I could recruit Ogres, Knights of Crucible (or other faction), and Archers. The Ogres can kill the enemy Mages, The Knights can kill enemy Berserkers, and Archers are to kill enemy Bleak Walkers.
The archery battle will be a timed game with points awarded for hitting players and knocking out targets. Real, soft-tipped arrows and bows are used to play on an inflatable bunker battlefield.
