5.       You cannot use this group for any type of business related service, advertisement.
6.       We may modify the terms or add additional terms to this group at point of time. You should look at the terms on a regular basis.
7.       You have to always put your Name, Flat No and Phase in the signature of your email.
8.       We have zero tolerance policy for users who participate in hatred messages towards any place / religion / community / person.
9.       Since we have 2000+ members in this group and all your replies go to personal mailbox of all members, so while posting/replying little consideration would be appreciated as many may not have any interest to your posts/replies.
10.      Using the Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or the content you access. You may not use content from this Service unless you obtain permission or are otherwise permitted by law.
11.      A Member cannot post more then 3 Mails per day, (This is made as people send lot of personal one liner mails, instead of this people can send large mails covering all the aspects they want to convey in a single mail).
12. No personal blaming / criticizing / personal one to one mails are allowed.
