My name is Nguyen Thi Huyen My. I be about to enrollment in Master in International Management.

I am preparing form A but I am not sure in filling it. I hope that you can help me to figure out it as some question below:

 

1. In part of: "In possession of"

- I cross out the line : "Final school leaving qualification achieved/attendance details of the last year of High School" ? Is it right? YES

- in part of "University level qualification...", I fill out my name of bachelor degree in my language? YES

- In part of "Final Mark indicated on the qualification", I fill out my score result of bachelor? YES

- In the part of : Issuing institution/ Name of the institution, where the student is attending in the last year of school", I fill out with my University name where I study Bachelor degree? Is it right? YES, AND YOU CROSS OUT Name of the institution, where the student is attending in the last year of school

- Do I need to fill out anything on the part of: "Foreign Education system of reference (1)" NO, LEAVE IT BLANK

 

and in the part of :"Test of academic suitability (2) passed/to be sat on" ? NO LEAVE IT BLANK.

 

2. In part of "the candidate applies for pre-enrolment in: I cross out all except of "ordinary 2nd cycle degree course" and add: "LAUREA MAGISTRALE IN INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT" ? Is it right? YES, CORRECT.

 

3. In the part of : "For the above mentioned purposes, please find attached"

- Do I need to cross out any line? YOU CROSS OUT THE DOCUMENTS YOU ARE NOT ATTACHING (CERTAINLY YOU CAN CROSS OUT THE 1ST PARAGRAPH)

- Do I need to add any information? NO FURTHER INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
