Dear Ha Thi Viet Hao,
leave blank the space for “Final school leaving qualification”, while you should fill out the part under “University-level qualification” with the name (in your language) of your Bachelor degree.
Under the section “The candidate applies for pre-enrolment in”, please cross out everthing but “ordinary 2nd cycle degree course” and then add: LAUREA MAGISTRALE IN ECONOMICS.
