IIIF-Auth with UV3

Are there any publicly accessible resources that show click-through or login interactions with UV3?

The Wellcome Library examples are not loading correctly on the demo site:https://universalviewer.io/examples/#?c=&m=&s=&cv=&manifest=http%3A%2F%2Fwellcomelibrary.org%2Fiiif%2Fb17564980%2Fmanifest

An  example under the Tests section for standard login also fails to load on the example site:

The click-through example displays correctly on the Wellcome Library site, but is using UV 1.7:

Are there any folks using these interactions with UV3 yet in production? Any example would be greatly appreciated.

I've setup uv-app-starter locally, but that approach is much different than what we would be trying to do: Hyrax generating the manifests

with iiif-manifest and using cantaloupe to server images. I've been experimenting with different manifests and responses from catanloupe, but

have not been able to trigger any UI interactions with UV.
