Please try adding a service with a print-extensions-profile to your manifest as per https://api.bl.uk/metadata/iiif/ark:/81055/vdc_00000004216E/manifest.json

Thanks, the "print-extension" name threw me off. Ok, I've added a print-extensions-profile service to my manifest (just a temporary page for now with no functionality to bundle the images yet) and I've got the multi-select pop-ups working but when I click "Download" nothing happens, it doesn't send a request to my service. I see the British Library example has some extra javascript that looks related, submitJSONPrint() etc., but I'm not able to get that to fire either.
