Starting new language

I was looking at https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/universalsubtitles/resource/locale-en-LC_MESSAGES-django-po_0/ - I would be willing to make an effort towards a Danish translation, but as far as I can tell, there is no Danish translation so far.

Where would I request opening a Danish section?

The "Request a new team" link appears at the bottom of
<https://www.transifex.net/projects/p/universalsubtitles/teams/> when
you are logged in.
