Hi you can sign up to amara and join my team page https://www.amara.org/en/teams/captions-requested/
you can add your video links to the list and my members will eventually caption them you can copy the generated url to check back. you can also export srt subtitles to reimport to youtube.

If you are on my team page and logged in. You should be able to submit links. If your link is not one of the many valid file types it won’t be processed. Example if you tried a Facebook video link i isn’t support best to my knowledge. Currently I believe we take Vimeo, YouTube, there may be mire since the last time I was active in this project.
