I need to translate these subtitles to add to one of my videos in production.
Please be careful to keep the numbers and arrows, translate only the texts under the numbers. Thank you!

Veramente, il gruppo Deaf and Hard of Hearing risponde a richieste di
sottotitolazione in lingua originale (captioning), non di traduzioni
di sottotitoli.
Ciononostante, se il suo video fosse apertamente disponibile online,
si potrebbe creare una pagina di sottotitolazione per esso in
Amara.org, e aggiungervi i sottotitoli da lei forniti, sperando che
dei volontari li traducessero. Capisco che lei abbia remore a
pubblicizzarlo così, ma senza un video non si può creare una pagina
Amara.org.
Però rimane l'alternativa dei servizi professionali a pagamento di
Amara, dove si può adoperare un video privato, accessibile soltanto ai
sottotitolatori: in <http://pro.amara.org/ondemand> cliccando su Order
subtitles>> o su Choose Amara >>, giungerà a un formulario tramite il
quale potrà richiedere un preventivo.

be possible to create an Amara.org page for it, and then add the
subtitles you provided to that page, in the hope that some volunteers
would translate them. Understandably, you might be reluctant to thus
publicize your video, but without a video, Amara.org pages cannot be
created.
However you could use Amara.org's paying pro services: there, private
videos, with access only to subtitlers, can be used. If you click
either on Order subtitles>> or on Choose Amara >> in
<http://pro.amara.org/ondemand>, you'll reach a form with which you
can ask for price quote.
