Jambo, jambo,
{Hello in Swahili, pronounced JAHM-boh) fellow creators,

I am having a wonderful evening, and I hope the same for you!

Their is one week left of school for my children, and they are ready for it to be over.
Each of them are plotting some sort of sickness, so they can get out of going tomarrow. LOL

I love the way the Reiki 5th principle is, short term, in the now, and for today.
Its a quick recipe for happiness that you can do for yourself.  Its your choice.
Anger, worry, gratitude, and honesty are all choices you make everyday.

The Reiki 5th Principle

“Just for today, I will not be angry."
"Just for today, I will not worry."
"Just for today, I will give thanks for my many blessings."
"Just for today, I will do my work honestly."
"Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing"

I enjoy saying this in the morning while I’m getting ready for my day.

I intend to be reminded of each statement through the day.

Parents don't want their children to make the wrong decisions, so they don't allow them to make the decision. And then the child becomes dependent, and then the parent resents that, and it gets off into a blameful thing early on. If you are encouraging children to do all that they can do -- and not squelching the natural eagerness that is within them, so that they can shine and thrive and show you and themselves how good they are at adapting to physical experience -- then everyone wins.
