Doesnot work for OpenNI2 in Unity 4.1

Hi All, 
I found compile error when using OpenNI2, Unity 4.1.2.f1 with ZDKUnity4.0_1.1 package.
Redist data from OpenNI2 and Nite has been copied to root folder
it works well when executing sample exe from official openni and nite, 
But fail to build in zigfu sample package.

Can someone help to figure it out, many thanks.

here is the detail package info and error message when compiling.
Package Info
windows 7,64
sensor, Xtion Pro Live
NiTE-Windows-x64-2.0.011
OpenNI Windows-x64-2.1.0.msi
Develope, Unity 4.1.2f1
ZDKUnity 4.0_1.1

Error Message

Unhandled Exception: System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.Versioning.TargetFrameworkAttribute' from assembly 'Kinect'.

all i knew was using Mircrosoft kinect SDK with OpenNI2 and latest zigfu package can run in my computer successfully.
