Can't identify Kinect in Unity!

My OS is osx and I installed win8 in my virtual machine.
Both of them reported the same error that shows as follow :
System.DllNotFoundException: OpenNI
  at (wrapper managed-to-native) OpenNI.SafeNativeMethods:xnInit (intptr&)
  at OpenNI.Context.Init () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 
  at OpenNI.Context..ctor () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 
  at ZigInputOpenNI.Init (.ZigInputSettings settings) [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0 
UnityEngine.Debug:LogError(Object)
ZigInputOpenNI:Init(ZigInputSettings)

It is just the main error not the only one.
But when I run 'avatorFrontFacing', there is not but a notice said :
Kinect specific comopnent started
UnityEngine.Debug:Log(Object)
kinectSpecific:Start() (at Assets/ZigFu/Scripts/_Internal/kinectSpecific.cs:9)

Ask for HELP!! ASAP

By the way, none of the samples can run normally...
