Renaming of our group

Hello all,

I've delayed writing this email because everyone was busy with exams et al. You're all finished now so I'll send this :).

As you know we've had quite a lot of people over the years requesting Unity3D support from us. Unity3D is getting more popular as a game engine with amateur designers/programmers which means more people are seeking out support and although the quality of the projects (less 'can you make me a minecraft clone for free?!') who are asking for support is going up it's still very annoying.

In addition to this there is a Free software desktop environment which shares the name Unity which is could also potentially cause confusion. As they are also a FOSS project this adds to the confusion given our presence Freenode/Github.

A number of our members have remarked on the problems this is causing and I'm beginning to agree with them (almost all users requesting to join our social networking groups are after the unity game engine). We have a few domains registered to us we could use but they could equally cause confusion. These are:

• unitycoders.uk - same as our current domain
  
• bitforge.org.uk - bitforge systems ltd is a defunct uk company, bitforge.co.uk is owned by someone else)
  
• livebytes.co.uk - livebyte is someones handle (github and youtube accounts exist)
  

I'm more than happy to get a new domain to use for us to use and we have the unitycoders.co.uk domain at least until 2022 so I can redirect web/xmpp/mail to whatever new name we choose. Does anyone have any comments/ideas on new domains/names for us to use?

tl;dr: what name should we adopt for the community to avoid confusion for people looking for Unity3D?
