Ideas are just spewing out, and I'd thought I'd share them. Of course
everything is copyrighted, patented, and all readers agree to an NDC
by reading this, yeah, right, but I'd love to see some juice happen,
and here's my personal brain nuggets for you all to juicify:
1) Tribes Network: Something off-Facebook where people post Events
that they and their friends (their 'Tribe') are doing. You sign up to
be a member of a tribe to be able to see what they are up to. Social
networking thing. Simple. Not complicated. A way to list events. Maybe
FB already has this market covered. Have some coffee and talk amongst
yourselves.
2) Stock Market Game: I like this one and it could actually make
money. Facebook thing, probably. A user is given $1,000,000 (One
Million) US Dollars to play with in Virtual Stocks. You buy your
stocks any way you want and the game posts whether you gain or lose
money on them. You can buy or sell (and you receive appropriate
dividends) and your value goes up or down according to the real- world
market. Users can see who is the top money maker for the day, week,
month, quarter, and year, and subscribe to see what the winners are
betting on this week. Losers are also posted. It builds on that. I
think this could generate a good buzz with financial people and even
get some lucky few some jobs on Wall Street! And it shouldn't be that
hard! Let's DO it! (AD sales, people!)

3) This is a hardware project and may already be happening: I am there
and people are swapping business cards and ... why don't we have
magnetic codes on our business cards and some kind of card reader on
our iPhones so that we can directly download data to each other?! But
wait... this sounds familiar... isn't somebody already doing this?
