Hey Unity Graphics Team!!

Got a good challenge for you all. As part of our hosting agreement
(for SVN) with TobiG of Yoper Linux, I'm redesigning his website.

He doesn't have any graphics guys to assist him on his team so I'm
asking our talented crew to help out.

What he needs is a new logo...the old one is: http://omploader.org/vM3Uydw/Yoper.png

More information to follow this including what font is being used (he
would like to keep the same font) but in the meantime, if you could
help him out and us out, it would be really awesome!!

Font is Liberation Serif :)

This is another really cool opportunity for two distros with common goals to help each other out once again. If you didn't know, TobiG from yoper has consistently hung out on our irc channel and frequently interacts with the devs users and what not. This is a standout guy in the FOSS community that's helped us tremendously (lately hosting the svn) and needs a small favor from us.

I hope to see opportunities like these pop up more frequently.

Sounds like fun... I'll have to grab the font and then just let us know what is needed

He's open to suggestion...as you can see from the link I posted
previously...that's what yoper has had for a while. The colors should
stay the same and the font should. But he's open to switching it up
to square, triangle or whatever :) Just brainstorm and see what you
guys come up with :D

It's very generous of him to do this and I'd like to get him repaid as
soon as possible. So get those ideas flowing if you can :)

So... he wants an entirely "new" logo???
or just a new shape around the "Y"??  Seems kinda sad cuz that logo is so good and established... but

I would guess both... something similar to what is already there, and a total redesign from scratch... if he's anything like me, having both options to go over and decide from would be best... either an upgrade is in order or a completely new direction... depending on the "entries" I'm sure he'd choose what he prefers most.  At least, that's the way MY mind works... :D

Devnet, I think it may be a good idea to send him an invite for here, that way we can better work together to provide him with a satisfying result?
Let me know what you think about that, I think it would also open up a better relations for both to benefit

But now is done... and we will be able to assist him better once he
