Let's welcome in a new member - rstob911

As I am sure everyone is aware, the recent days have brought some much
needed user traffic to the distribution. Some of these users are new
and have joined out Forum, some are new and have only probed a bit on
the IRC. However, some user have been a lurking around in the
background and actually even helping us out in whatever means they
could. Rstob911 falls into the latter category, making his presence
known on both IRC and the forum.
After talking with rstob911 to see if he would have some interest in
helping Unity Linux in any more formal role, we identified a possible
niche where the skillset matches perfectly with our present needs. It
seems that rstob911 can help us out in the graphics/themeing
department. I would like to encourage everyone in this group to
welcome in some fresh blood and let rstob911 become a full fledged
contributor.

Please ask when you have questions or need help. We all try to help
each other as we can and I'm sure you'll get used to things quickly.
