- added support for custom headers
- fixed an error on sending close (could loop in certain situations)
- refactored to provide a single hybi class instead of individual
draft versions (previous classes are now deprecated)
- finished hixie75/76 support (can use useKeys property to force 76
keys)
- fixed an error where messages were not being processed if too much
data was sent
- project is now ready to begin rev17 work
