JSR 385 MR2

Hi,

We plan to propose a MR2 of JSR 385 for Review by the JCP EC very soon.

Of the project plan: https://github.com/orgs/unitsofmeasurement/projects/7 all but 5 tickets are done. Thanks everyone who helped with that.

Only 2 affect the core JSR deliverables, the others are improvements to the toolchain or downstream projects like UoM Systems.

The idea is to submit all the deliverables to PMO as soon as they return from July 4 holiday.

Hi,

The modularization of the TCK took a bit longer than expected, while API and RI were already feature-complete by July, but now it's done and we'll submit MR2 within the next few days.
