The Units of Measurement API 2.0.

As it seems, everyone except the Spec Leads must nominate themselves to join the new JSR, so please click https://jcp.org/en/jsr/egnom?id=385 (I would like to join this JSR) with your JCP account.

We're more than happy to approve all EG members of JSR 363 who want to continue helping in 385 or those who Adopt this JSR as contributors.

Happy to announce, the JCP EC unanimously (Gemalto M2M did not vote, but hopefully they were just on vacation;-) approved the creation review of JSR 385.
