Room Timetable

Hello.  I'm hoping to find a way to make a PDF of the room timetable as a grid that displays each room separately.  If I have selected 50 rooms the report would show each room's weekly schedule as a grid display, one room per page.  I can view this by scrolling through the rooms but don't see a way to export or 'print' all of the rooms that are being viewed.  Print only prints the current room being viewed and export pdf won't export the grid, just a list of events.  This is a really useful view and it would be great if I could export a pdf to send around to various departments. Thanks for your help!

Hello David,

The only PDF export that creates individual room grids is the Export PDF on the Courses > Course Timetabling > Timetable Grid page. PDF export may put multiple rooms on the same page if they fit; the XLS export creates one tab for each room.

The events pages do not export the grid. The Events > Room Availability page displays a grid for each room separately (if multiple dates are selected). If printed (using the Print button), each grid should get a separate page.

Hi Tomas.  The event room availability screen works pretty well for printing weekly room schedules.  Thanks, I didn't realize that would be an option.
