Prezados Colegas,

For some users, installing Unitex software on Windows platforms  raises  some issues. In general, users do not know where to install the program and are lost in the Unitex directory tree.

To solve this problem, I created two setup-packages  for Windows users (based on a previous  version of Arnaldo Candido arna...@icmc.usp.br).

By default, the two setup package below installs Unitex Software in a directory (named /Unitex3.0 or Unitex3.1beta) located in your C:\ drive, and it creates a shortcut-icon on the desktop to launch Unitex and another one  for Gramlab. Both setups are validated for Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.

You can download these two packages for Unitex versions 3.0 and 3.1beta (November 17 2013 update) at the following addresses:

(It would be better if these two packages are downloadable from Unitex site).

Best regards

Thanks Oto, the Windows installs are now available on the Unitex download page.
