Error in reading tok_by_alp.txt

Hi,

We are working on some code changes in Cassys wherein we read tok_by_alph.txt after calling Tokenize.

We are using u_fopen to read the file and u_fgets to read one line at a time. However sometimes one of these functions fail (even though the file exists)

Is there any other set of functions/APIs that we should be using to read this file ?
