The PARSEME-FR project, spin-off of the European PARSEME COST action on parsing and multi-word expressions, is opening two PhD positions in the domain of natural language processing.
Topic 1: Integrating Multiword Expressions at the heart of statistical syntactic and semantic analysis
Location: Gaspard-Monge Computer Science Lab, University of Marne-la-vallée (Paris area) or University Paris Diderot (France)
Topic 2: Keeping tabs, bringing into line and sending to the Outer Rim. How to tackle ambiguity, variability and compositionality of multiword expressions?
Location: Computer Science Lab, University of Tours, campus in Blois, in collaboration with the LIF laboratory, Aix-Marseille University (France)
Application deadline: May 30, 2016
Duration for both positions: 3 years, October 2016 to September 2019
