Hello,

A local grammar is actually available in the "ar" folder of Unitex-lingua (Github)

Said_Minister_NPr.grf  is a local grammar for the identification of  sentences that include  patterns such as: 

 

"and_said {ministre of_finance french} [ Jean Artuis ] In the session"

.وقال {وزير المال الفرنسي}  [ جان ارتوي] في اثناء الجلسة ان الدوام الجديد  ( Sentence 11)

The grammar identifies {minister portofolio}  and  [his name]   and both should be present in sequence in the sentence.

RESULTS (over 100 sentences)

77 True Positive.

   0 False Positive.  .

   3 False Negative.  

            19 True Negative.

100% of precision and 97% of recall.
