Governor says to stop Spending...Local Business's Closing

The Governor says we are in dire economic times. He recommended in the
State of the State speech that the spending needs to stop at the State
and local levels of government. Local business's are closing.
Robin's warehouse is no longer here. Our fellow community members are
losing work and cannot pay their mortgages. Yet, for the BOE, this
is apparently a good time to put our school district into debt another
$80 Million dollars!

One BOE member was recently overheard at a public place saying " the
money is there..", while trying to explain to a group of parents how
he did not understand why some people are against the plan. By the
way is that legal?

It is ignorance or arrogance or both?
