Greetings of the day...
Meeting you all after a long time and hope all fine at your end...
I am here with a doubt raised by one of my colleague.
It's the usage of the phrase 'first time'.
He was informed that the usage of the phrase 'first time' is incorrect
and the correct usage is 'very first time'.
My query is is it necessity or compulsory to add the adverb very to
the adjective 'first ' when clubbed with 'time'?
Experts plz throw light...
