It is hereby informed to all concerned that a DEP Students Grievances Redressal Cell has been constituted by the university. Accordingly a web portal has been designed for the DEP students to register their pending result complaints at http://grievances.ptu.ac.in/

The Link of this DEP Grievances Cell has already been uploaded at university website.

Once the complaint is registered at this web portal, the Grievances Cell will scrutinize all such complaints and will try for their timely settlement.

However mere registration of complaint at our web portal will not entitle the student to get his / her or student result. The same will be decided after due verification of records/documents/eligibility/fee submission & other details.

Accordingly all LCs, RCs, M&F, C&F are advised to give wide publicity of this web portal amongst all students and it should be ensured that all pending results complaints are routed to university through this portal only.
