Complaint Description:
I did PGDM from United world school of business- UWSB, Ahmedabad in 2010-12 (costed 5,50,000rs) batch in that if we wanted government approved MBA certificate, they were offering us the same from PTU- punjab technical University, for which the official fee was 40000 rs, but UWSB took 45,000rs & on asking about extra 5000rs they told us that the same is communication charges which they do with PTU on behalf of students.
Now till date I have not got any degree certificate of MBA after passing my all exams &after many follow ups they are not responding neither helping me to get my certificate & saying that you contact PTU directly in which I tried but PTU people are saying that you contact your college & ask them to contact us.
In all these, my MBA certificate is due & in my career, it is very imp as the college PGDM certificate is not government approved after paying 5,50,000rs & that's why they offered us PTU certificate.
