Our website is up and running and ready to promote. Since my last update, I've added a pledge page (http://www.unitedbangladeshappeal.org/pledge ) where people can pledge in different currencies and the results are stored in a database which can easily be dumped into excel. I entered in Muhit Bhai's initial pledge numbers and came up with targets of US $137,000 and GBP 10,000. (Not a bad start.) Please encourage your various groups to register their pledges on our site so we can track them.
Next, I've enabled email access on this domain so that people can have a "firstname...@unitedbangladeshappeal.org" email account. This is effectively a gmail account accessible via our portal page - admin.unitedbangladeshappeal.org. If you'd like an account please email me offline and I'll set you up.
At this point, I think we are ready to start adding content and driving people to the site. If you'd like to post, please register at http://www.unitedbangladeshappeal.org/wp-login.php?action=register.
I'd appreciate any feedback as to what's need next on the website.
