Prime Minister Presides Over Promotion of Captain A. Isaac

Earlier today, the Honourable Prime Minister presided over the official promotion of Captain A. Isaac to the position of Captain and Commander of the Trinidad and Tobago Coast Guard.

Captain Isaac was accompanied by his wife, who witnessed the historic occasion and had the honour of replacing his shoulder marks, marking this significant milestone in his distinguished military career.

The Prime Minister expressed her full confidence in Captain Isaac’s leadership and professionalism, and reaffirmed the Government’s unwavering commitment to supporting the Defence Force as it carries out its vital mandate to protect and safeguard the sovereignty and security of Trinidad and Tobago.

The Prime Minister was joined at the ceremony by the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Chief of Defence Staff, Commander Don Polo.
