I just finished verification of MHVillage from the Better Business bureau and your business is in Michigan as stated on your email and your listed as appraisal type as related to mobile homes now 7000 is plus or negative is a alot of money for a retired person that makes me look at your firm in Caution as Is the Mobile home license in Florida or Michigan? If the Florida Better Business bureau show no listing of your firm in Saint Petersburg Florida then how is it a sale is being attempted in a Telemarketing Act? I understand that the mobile home is attached to a lot with water and sewage with power in a park with some type of Community service in a Community itself comes close to UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) again comes into Contract sales of Abstract with Attorney opinion or Real Estate again most request Attorney opinion and I now ask how and who would make the decision from Michigan?
