Hi, my name is Joseph Jernigan and I live in Virginia Beach. If anyone
else lives in the area and is serious about getting organized to lobby
Tidewater area town councils then please contact me. I have extensive
contacts in western Virginia, northern Virginia, northeastern North
Carolina, and in the DC Metro region; but I am new to the Tidewater
region so I could use some help from people more familiar with the
area.
