Difference between person and citizen

I am very worried about our election decisions being subverted by
special interest groups. The heart of this problem is the ruling by
the Supreme Court to allow large monetary donations to organizations
to influence elections. The 5-to-4 decision was a vindication, the
majority said, of the First Amendment's most basic free speech
principle — that the government has no business regulating political
speech. Much of this information is deceiving or downright wrong.
Corporations may be "legal persons" but they are not "citizens." They
should not have the right to influence elections either directly or
through front organizations. We need to make our elected officials
beholden to citizens only.
We need to go back to just allowing just "citizens" to contribute to
election campaigns and put a cap on the amount. Organizations and
corporations should not have the same rights as citizens.
