Hi guys,

I am working on passing this in three city councils now. Problem I
have been asked some questions that I was not prepared for. For
example what happens if this passes...

So any help in researching the full parameters of this concept would
be great. Please send links.

Next Deadline is Jan 20th so please hurry...

Chris,

I see no one in the group responded, so I thought I would but sorry this is late.  Nothing specifically happens if this passes - it is a resolution - which is more or less a statement by the council, not a law.  The reason this is important, however, is that it is raising awareness and building momentum towards actions down the road that will eventually have more direct results.

In which cities are you working/
